What Is Nordic Walking?
Nordic walking is a great way to enhance occupational therapy! It combines physical activity with rehabilitation, using specially designed poles to engage the upper body while walking. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries, managing neurological conditions, or improving overall mobility and coordination.
Welcome to Nordic Walks with Trish Denison! Experience the joys of Nordic walking and improve your fitness, balance and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced walker, we have a program for you. Ready to get started? Book your first session today!
